Po długo wyczekiwanych opadach śniegu w dniu dzisiejszym (5 stycznia 2015 r.) została przygotowana ratrakiem narciarska trasa biegowa wokół rezerwatu „Bór na Czerwonem” oraz w tzw. „Borze Kombinackim”. Przebieg i profile tras można znaleźć klikając tutaj. Na lotnisku należy uważać na miejscami wystające kretowiny. Trasa będzie poprawiana w miarę opadów śniegu.

W budynku Aeroklubu na nowotarskim lotnisku rozpoczęła też działalność wypożyczalnia nart biegowych gdzie również pod opieką instruktora można pobierać naukę biegania. Będzie ona czynna codziennie w godzinach od 10:00 do 16:00. Wszelkie informacje dotyczące wypożyczalni i zajęć z instruktorem można uzyskać pod nr tel. 504 190 221.
